We’ve made some significant enhancements to the License Control Dashboard and Task Management as well as launching an important new feature, Product Tracking. This new functionality continues OneComply’s mission to provide: One Platform for 360° Compliance Management.
License Control Dashboard
Enhancement to the License Control Dashboard provides a quick overview of the health of all your gaming, occupational and product licenses. This includes an “at a glance” view of all the licenses requiring attention, as well as all the tasks that are impacting the licenses, their status and due dates.
Task Management
Task Management includes a number of enhancements to make it easier to create, assign and track critical tasks associated with specific license applications. Due dates can be set, jurisdictions and specific people assigned and any files or documents associated with the license can be added to the task.
Product Tracking
Along with monitoring employee and business entity licenses, a new feature in OneComply allows you to track products that have compliance or licensing component. License expiration dates, the business entity associated with the product, where the product is deployed, the jurisdiction the product is approved as well as any files or documents associated with the product can be included in OneComply and actively tracked.
