The Role:
This role is far from the usual Licensing Manager/Analyst/Administrator position common throughout the gaming industry. However, the same qualities, skills, and experience that make for a successful licensing manager will also lead the candidate to success in this role with added gratification absent from a traditional licensing position.
The Licensing Data Administrator will serve a critical role that connects the data required to complete regulatory forms and license applications, Onecomply’s database, and our OmniFill automation technology. Your daily work will include auditing license application forms and analyzing datasets to ensure they are correctly pulled from OneComply’s database, and work alongside team members to increase efficiencies along the way. You will work closely with the Application Analysts, the Head of Compliance, and the development team.
What You'll Do:
- Audit applications submitted by Application Analysts to ensure accuracy meets client and gaming commission/board standards
- Communicate data deficiencies to Application Teams for remediation
- Working through changes required to ensure forms are accurate and complete
- Implementing changes in PDF tagging language to increase efficiency in audit processes
- Manage seed datasets to meet data testing requirements
Essential Knowledge /Experience:
- Gaming Licensing Experience - Must understand common regulatory licensing language and requests.
- Technologically Savvy - Ability to work within data, administration, and technical systems (eg. JIRA & Others). Any coding ability is a plus, but not required to apply.
- Exceptionally High Level of Accuracy and Attention to Detail - One number off can cause a big impact
- Strong Communication Skills - Candidate must be comfortable and confident in relaying identified deficiencies/issues to the Application Analyst Team and also to the Executive Team.
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment - You are a key team member of a growing technology start up so your input is not only crucial, but expected.
