The Role

We're seeking an experienced Account Executive who is hungry to take their career to the next level and drive our brand growth into current and new markets. Our ideal candidate is personable, and engaging and is highly skilled at sales, partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. They have demonstrated skills to engage, nurture and close new business opportunities. This role will oversee and handle key prospect conversations as well as support the sales team and optimize results to achieve business growth objectives.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Be a subject-matter expert in all things OneComply and compliance.
  • Answer incoming sales & email inquiries from prospects
  • Conduct outreach to qualified leads and understand prospects’ needs
  • Convert qualified prospects into successfully closed opportunities
  • Support new customers through their onboarding process as needed
  • Gather market insights to inform our growth strategy, increase conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Manage both our existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities
  • Develop proposals and presentations to create and nurture business opportunities
  • Strong ability to establish rapport with prospective clients and handle conversations with higher-level executives comfortably and confidently
  • Deliver strategic reporting to senior leadership to provide insights on performance, trends, and achievements
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 5+ years in sales or business development
  • 2+ years' experience selling a SaaS product to small businesses as an AE, SDR/BDR, or sales manager
  • Direct experience with inbound and outbound sales funnels
  • Experience in managing a team is considered an asset
  • Proven experience working with customers and prospective clients in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and networking skills with strong attention-to-detail

The Role:

This role is far from the usual Licensing Manager/Analyst/Administrator position common throughout the gaming industry.  However, the same qualities, skills, and experience that make for a successful licensing manager will also lead the candidate to success in this role with added gratification absent from a traditional licensing position.

The Licensing Data Administrator will serve a critical role that connects the data required to complete regulatory forms and license applications, Onecomply’s database, and our OmniFill automation technology.  Your daily work will include auditing license application forms and analyzing datasets to ensure they are correctly pulled from OneComply’s database, and work alongside team members to increase efficiencies along the way. You will work closely with the Application Analysts, the Head of Compliance, and the development team.

What You'll Do:

  • Audit applications submitted by Application Analysts to ensure accuracy meets client and gaming commission/board standards
  • Communicate data deficiencies to Application Teams for remediation
  • Working through changes required to ensure forms are accurate and complete
  • Implementing changes in PDF tagging language to increase efficiency in audit processes
  • Manage seed datasets to meet data testing requirements

Essential Knowledge /Experience:

  • Gaming Licensing Experience - Must understand common regulatory licensing language and requests.
  • Technologically Savvy - Ability to work within data, administration, and technical systems (eg. JIRA & Others). Any coding ability is a plus, but not required to apply.
  • Exceptionally High Level of Accuracy and Attention to Detail - One number off can cause a big impact
  • Strong Communication Skills - Candidate must be comfortable and confident in relaying identified deficiencies/issues to the Application Analyst Team and also to the Executive Team.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment - You are a key team member of a growing technology start up so your input is not only crucial, but expected.

The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer with the ability and motivation to lead projects - you have strong architectural instincts and experience mapping business problems to technical solutions.  You have hands-on experience building SaaS applications, have a strong understanding of data security, extensive experience with relational databases and have experience with AWS.

Working closely with the founders and the engineering team, you'll be instrumental in the advancement of a highly available, scalable, and secure platform.

Required qualifications for this permanent position are:

  • 7+ years experience developing production-quality software at high scale
  • 5+ years NodeJS
  • 5+ years Postgres experience (noSQL experience an asset as well)
  • Strong architecture skills and data modeling abilities
  • Worked in an environment with CI/CD practices
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks
  • Data security expertise and understanding of security standards
  • Experience with AWS deployment, Docker/containerization
  • Experience managing & mentoring other developers

The Role

The Client Success Manager is responsible for building and managing customer relationships while overseeing post-sale processes. Once the deal is won, the Client Success Manager will manage the campaigns throughout the customer’s lifecycle. The successful candidate will also act as the point of contact for our clients to assist with Customer Support direction and compliance form requests. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills who can develop strong relationships both externally with clients, and internally, with our executive, technical development, and compliance team.

  • Own product implementation and configurations for simultaneous customer engagements
  • Drive product strategy with clients during onboarding to ensure a successful long-term partnership.
  • Get new users/teams excited about the most important features of OneComply in interactive training sessions.
  • Be a subject matter expert on setting up OneComply for popular use cases in multiple sectors in the gaming industry.
  • Liaison with our product team to present feedback or improvements to internal processes related to Onboarding

What You'll Bring

  • You have 2+ years work experience in customer-facing SaaS Account Management, Implementation, Technical Support, Consulting, Workflow Management and/or Project Management experience
  • You understand customer needs/points and are able to prioritize accordingly
  • You are able to manage your time across multiple customers to meet aggressive timelines
  • You are able to manage expectations and complexity and are comfortable with navigating grey areas to solve customer problems
  • You excel at both written and live customer communication
  • You are able to engage a group of people and provide interactive and engaging product education
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced Startup environment
