OneComply’s integration of PrintScan into its award-winning compliance management platform enables clients to request PrintScan fingerprints directly from the OneComply portal.
The process to request fingerprint cards as part of a specific licensing application is extremely easy and greatly streamlines what is normally a cumbersome and time consuming process.
The PrintScan integration also provides the ability to track the status of the fingerprint request and automatically notify the client via OneComply when the request has been fulfilled. Once a fingerprint card is requested, OneComply automatically creates a Compliance Work Ticket in the system to track th order.
